Humanoid City: Recovering from the Dämonblume war in the year 2032. International superstars, members of Tokio Hotel found the city in a pile of rubble, pouring all their earnings into rebuilding, they became the Congress of Humanoid City. River Ashley Jaxx was elected as President by the Congress, as she was once an Engineer, who invented the Humanoids and Cyborgs.
There is a large wall surrounding the city, much like the Great Wall of China or the Iron Curtain of Berlin. It protects the city from the neighboring army's and their greed to control HC's advances in Human-Sciences.
